Ingredients
For the ground:
- 200 g flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 egg yolk, 75 g butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For the filling:
- 500 g quark
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 0.5 ½ cup oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some lemon juice
- 300 g fruit (rhubarb, peaches, strawberries, apricots, pears, apples, raisins, sour cherries )
For the meringue topping:
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoon powdered sugar

- Knead the dough ingredients well. Grease a springform pan and then cover the base with the batter.
- Cut the rhubarb (or other fruit) very finely and cover the bottom with it. Possibly spread jam on top.
- Mix the filling ingredients together very well and pour over them.
- Bake everything at 200 ° top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
- Make the meringue: Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in the powdered sugar. Then spread on the cake and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
