Cheese Omelet with Potatoes, Sausages and Tomatoes

Kefir omelet with grated cheese – delicate, pleasant to the taste. And then there are ruddy fried potatoes, and juicy tomatoes, and nutritious sausages. It is simply impossible to tear yourself away from this omelet!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Kefir – 4 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • Potatoes – 200 g
  • Sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. Fill the potatoes with water and boil in their uniform until tender (about 30 minutes). Let the boiled potatoes cool slightly.
  3. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.
  4. Fry the potatoes in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cut the sausages into slices.
  6. Add sausages to potatoes and fry for another 2 minutes. Cut the tomato into cubes. We wash and grind the greens.
  7. Add the tomato and herbs to the pan, salt and pepper. We fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Three cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Break eggs into a bowl, add kefir and cheese.
  10. Beat eggs lightly with kefir and cheese whisk.
  11. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the cheese omelet with potatoes, tomatoes, sausages over low heat until tender (8-10 minutes).
