Omelet with Ham and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 3-4 pcs.
  • Milk (or water) – 2 tbsp
  • Ham – 70-100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable or butter oil – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Omelet products in front of you.
  2. Drive chicken eggs into a plate.
  3. Add milk (water) to the eggs, beat with a whisk, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Dice the ham.
  5. Wash the tomato, cut into cubes.
  6. Preheat a frying pan, add oil. Pour in 2/3 of the egg mass. Reduce heat to low. After a minute, spread the filling evenly.
  7. As soon as the omelet is lightly browned on one side, press lightly to roll it into a tube to the middle.
  8. Then move the rolled omelet to the center of the pan, pour in the remaining 1/3 of the egg mass and cook until tender. Roll up omelet to roll.
  9. The omelet with ham and tomatoes is ready! Cut into pieces and serve warm, with mayonnaise.
