Omelet with Mozzarella and Cherry Tomatoes

One of the most popular egg dishes and the best breakfast options is scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. For example, with tomatoes, cheese, and aromatic herbs.

Directions

Break eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Beat well. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Cut the tomatoes into halves.
Place the tomatoes in a skillet and fry. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes in a frying pan, stir.
When the eggs have set slightly, add the mozzarella cubes, and mix again. Add basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place the omelet on a plate and sprinkle with herbs. Bon Appetit!
