Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 400 g cheese (butter cheese)
- 3 onion (s), peeled
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 600 ml water, lukewarm
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- dill
- oregano
- herbs Provence
- garlic

- Cut the butter cheese and onions into cubes.
- Put the flour, cheese, onions, dry yeast and water in a large bowl and knead everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme, dill, oregano, herbs of Provence and garlic as desired. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Then shape the dough into a loaf of bread and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
- Goes well with a salad or just in between.
