Cheese Pita Snack (Wheat Tortilla)

Pita is a good base for a variety of snacks. In this recipe, the pita is simply smeared with a cheese snack and served with fresh cucumber.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Pita (wheat flatbread) – 4 pcs.
  • Cream cheese – 230 g
  • Italian salad dressing or aromatic herbal oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber – 1-2 pcs.
  • Pepper mix to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into slices approximately 2 mm thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese with salad dressing.
  3. Cut each pita in half to form two thin circles.
  4. Grease these thin cakes with cheese and cut each circle into 4 equal pieces.
  5. Put cucumber slices on top of the cheese snack and sprinkle the appetizer on the drink with a mixture of ground peppers.
