Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 pack. QimiQ
  • 2 packs chestnut rice
  • some eggnog and rum
  • 60 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Whip the whipped cream and QuimiQ separately, then mix both; Add the chestnut rice, egg liqueur and rum to the whipped cream / QuimiQ mass and mix everything together. Dip the ladyfingers in rum and eggnog.
  2. Line a loaf pan with cling film - then approx. 0.5 cm of cream - 1 layer of dipped ladyfingers (biscuits) - cream - biscuits etc. until the loaf pan is full. Then put it in the cold room (preferably overnight)
