Chicken and Vegetable Salad

If you have fresh vegetables and some chicken breast available, then don’t reinvent the wheel and just make a salad with chicken and vegetables. This recipe will tell you the best way.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 300 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
- Tomatoes – 3 Pieces
- Cucumbers – 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise – To taste
- Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
- Place the chicken fillet in a saucepan with boiling salted water and cook for 20 minutes (until tender).
- Peel the bell pepper from seeds and membranes, cut into medium-sized cubes and put in a salad bowl.
- Cool the chicken fillet, cut into cubes of the same size and add to the salad bowl.
- Add the diced tomatoes there.
- Add diced cucumbers, grated cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir.
- The chicken and vegetable salad is ready!
