Ingredients

  • 420 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 10 hot peppers, pickled, green
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
  • 5 teaspoons cayenne pepper or chilli
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons spices for Hungarian goulash
  • 4 teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 500 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 150 ml water
  • 6 medium potato (s), cooked

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, press the garlic, put in a freezer bag along with the oil, paprika powder, chilli, goulash seasoning, salt and pepper, garlic granules and the peppers cut into rings and mix well. Add the meat and massage in the marinade vigorously. Let the whole thing go through for 1 - 2 hours.
  2. Chop the peppers and drain the beans. Heat a saucepan, add the meat with the entire marinade and fry vigorously. Add the peppers briefly with fry. Now add the beans and corn and fry briefly.
  3. Add the tomatoes and water, bring to the boil and then simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes with the lid on. Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces and add them. Now season the whole thing again with the spices and cook until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. You can also leave out the potatoes and add rice or cook the potatoes in a stew.
