Ingredients

  • 500 g schnitzel, (chicken-minute)
  • 2 cream cheese corners
  • 2 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 3 medium carrot (s)
  • Peas, frozen ()
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, dried
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi, (approx. 2-3 splashes)
  • Fund

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a pan. Season with a little salt, pepper & paprika powder.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and fry them with them.
  3. Put the broth and cream in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then melt the cheese in it.
  4. Add the meat and mushrooms and the sliced carrots (thin slices) as well.
  5. Let everything simmer for about 20 minutes and then add frozen peas and season with the other spices and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. My kids love this chicken fricassee.
  7. Rice or pasta tastes best with it.
