Chicken in Marsala Sauce

Chicken in Marsala sauce is an easy-to-use dish with affordable ingredients. The only thing to look for is Marsala wine for the sauce. But believe me, it’s worth it. The dish is just a bomb!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 4 Pieces
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Champignon mushrooms – 250 gram
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Wine “Marsala” – 1 Glass
  • Chicken Broth – 1 Glass
  • Cream – 50 Milliliters (30% fat and above)

Directions

  1. Mix flour with salt.
  2. Rinse the fillets, beat off with a hammer and roll in flour.
  3. Fry the fillets in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Cut into quarters. Fry in butter for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute. Pour in wine and broth, simmer for 15 minutes, until alcohol evaporates.
  6. Add chicken and cream to the saucepan to the mushrooms, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Everything is ready!
