  • 200 ml sauce (Louisiana Wing Sauce)
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper

Instructions

  1. For the breading, mix the flour up to and including pepper in a bowl. Thoroughly rub the thawed or fresh wings with it and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Then repeat the process and refrigerate the wings for another hour.
