Chicken with Cashews and Mushrooms

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 450 Grams
  • Soy sauce – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • White wine – 1
  • Champignons – 8 Pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 2 Pieces
  • Ground ginger – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cashew Nuts – 70 Grams
  • Sugar – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate in soy sauce with a pinch of sugar.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into plates.
  3. Cut the pepper into strips.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. l. butter and fry the chicken until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Heat the remaining oil in another frying pan, fry the mushrooms.
  6. Add pepper. Pass the garlic through a press. Pour in wine, add ginger. Stir and cook, covered for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add chicken, cashews to vegetables, heat.
