Ingredients

  • 2 port. Chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 50 g blue cheese, (mild Goronzola or spicy Roquefort)
  • 100 g mushrooms, brown
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml white wine
  • olive oil
  • Parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry them in hot oil in a pan. Finely chop the spring onion and garlic and clean and slice the mushrooms. When the meat is lightly browned, add the vegetables and mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, add the crème fraîche and cheese, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
  2. Vegetable tagliatelle go well with a food combining dish (see my recipes). Otherwise fresh baguette, rice or pasta.
