Chicken with Potatoes and Corn

Fried chicken breast pieces with vegetables in tomato sauce is a simple, but very tasty, hearty and bright dish. Take a quick note to whip up a delicious meal.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Half Chicken Breast – 240 Grams (Diced)
  • Olive oil – 1
  • Red potatoes – 360 grams (boiled and cut into 4 pieces)
  • Chili pepper – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Freshly ground pepper – 1/8 Teaspoon
  • Majorana – 1 Art. the spoon

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken breast, dry, cut into cubes. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Wash the onion.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. Cook the chicken until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Place in a bowl.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces. Add 1 tablespoon to the pan. l. oil, fry the potatoes until golden brown, about 4 minutes, remove from the pan.
  4. Fry the corn and 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions in the remaining oil for 1 minute. Add tomato puree, bring to a boil.
  5. Return the fried chicken and potato pieces, bring to a boil, sprinkle with the remaining green onions.
