Ingredients
- 10 m chicory
- 2 grapefruit (s) or
- 4 slices pineapple, fresh
- 1 orange (s), freshly squeezed (also blood orange)
- 2 tablespoon oil, good (sunflower oil, safflower oil or grapeseed oil)
- 1 tablespoon yogurt, low-fat
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon thick juice, (agave thick juice)
- Pinches salt and pepper

- Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory. Halve the chicory and cut into thin strips. Cut the grapefruit into nice little pieces and put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the orange juice with the yogurt and season with curry, salt, pepper and agave syrup. Pour over the salad.
- Mix just before serving, otherwise the salad will be mushy.
- This is a very juicy winter party salad, also suitable for a winter menu.
- With pineapple instead of grapefruit, it tastes softer and a little sweeter.
