Ingredients
- 8 chicory
- 2 tablespoon butter
- liter ⅛ white wine, dry
- 8 slices ham, cooked
- 8 slices cheese, Emmentaler
- some butter, for greasing
- salt
- Pepper White

- Clean and wash the chicory and cut it out in a wedge shape at the bottom. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the chicory for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine and cook covered for 15 minutes.
- Take out the chicory and wrap each with 1 slice of ham. Place in a buttered casserole dish and top each chicory with a slice of cheese. Season with salt and pepper and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
- I prefer to eat it with mashed potatoes.
