Ingredients
- 500 g currants
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 1 pack whipped cream
- possibly mint

- Wash the berries well and let them dry, put a few extra fruits for decoration.
- Mix the sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and the eggnog and pour over the berries. Let the whole rest for about half an hour.
- Whip the cream with the second packet of vanilla sugar.
- Layer the fruit and cream alternately in glasses, as the last layer of cream.
- Decorate with the decorative fruits and possibly mint.
