  • 5 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 0.5 liter ½ oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Put the chilli peppers in a bottle, pour the oil over them and let them steep for about 10 days.
  2. Please dose carefully, the oil is very hot!
  3. Lasts approx. 1 year, if necessary the pods can be refilled with oil.
  4. Goes well with Asian cuisine, for bean salads, for sharpening sauces and Mexican dips.
