Ingredients

  • 250 g poultry meat
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • liters ⅛ poultry stock
  • 3 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 40 g cheese, rated
  • 2 stalks parsley for garnish
  • 2 slices lemon (s) for garnish
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcester sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar, possibly
  • Toast bread

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry a little in butter. Pour the flour over it, fill up with the hot stock, let it boil through and remove from the hob. Whisk together the condensed milk, white wine and egg yolk, fold in and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and possibly a pinch of sugar.
  2. Put the seasoning meat in refractory molds, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the grill or in the oven at 180 ° C until the cheese begins to melt and has taken on a little color (be careful, the cheese burns quickly and then tastes bitter).
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley when serving. Serve with Worcester sauce and toast.
