Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork (pork salmon)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • Worcester sauce
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 200 g cheese
  • 6 slices toast
  • a little fat
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Boil the pork in 2 liters of salted water, then cut into small cubes and add 250 ml of the broth.
  2. Dice the onion, thinly slice the mushrooms, fry in a little fat and add to the meat. Bring everything to the boil and thicken with flour. Season with lemon, tabasco, pepper and salt. Pour into small baking pots, cover with cheese and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
  3. Drizzle the seasoned meat with Worcester sauce, serve with a lemon wedge and finely chopped chives. Toast the bread and serve with it.
