Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef or mixed
  • 2 packs dumplings (soup dumplings)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 1 cube gravy
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and brown. Chop the onion and add to the minced meat. Then add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes.
  2. Add the tomato paste, the gravy and the Italian herbs and bring to the boil. Then season again with salt and pepper (if necessary).
  3. Put the soup dumplings in a baking dish and spread the minced meat sauce over them. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. A cucumber salad tastes delicious with it.
