  • 500 g potato noodles, fresh, from the coolin shelf

  • 500 g veetables, (cream kin veetables), frozen
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 100 g cheese
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the potato noodles in it. Cut the Leberkäse into small cubes and fry as well.
  2. Bring the king vegetables to the boil in a large saucepan with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Add the meat loaf and the potato noodles to the vegetables. Mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sour cream. Put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
