  • 500 g Kasseler
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 kg Chinese cabbage
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • 150 g crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Cut the smoked pork into cubes. Peel onion and chop finely. Clean and wash the cabbage and cut into wide strips. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the meat in it. Add onions and cabbage and stew for approx. 5 minutes. Fold in tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir the creme fraiche until smooth and season with pepper. Put a little creme fraiche on the cabbage, add the remaining creme fraiche.
