  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 4 medium carrot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped ajvar
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 dash cream or condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots, cut into strips and sauté in a little oil. Meanwhile, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, then add to the carrots and sauté as well.
  2. As soon as the Chinese cabbage has collapsed, stir in the ajvar and continue to simmer until the desired firmness is achieved. We like to eat the vegetables crunchy. Add a dash of condensed milk or cream and season to taste.
