Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 onions)
  • 600 g minced meat
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 5 potato (s)
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.33 tube tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon meat broth or vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. It is best to remove the thick stalk in the middle. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into pieces as well. Peel and chop onions, press garlic.
  2. The minced meat is fried in a large saucepan with a little oil, the onions and garlic are added. Let the whole thing sear briefly. Then pour in some water. Just enough that the meat is barely covered. Add the tomato paste and stir well.
  3. Now add the Chinese cabbage, potatoes and peppers. The whole thing is poured with so much water that approx. 1 - 2 cm are not covered because the cabbage will boil together. Otherwise you would have a little too much sauce. Now add the spices: chili powder, hot paprika powder, salt, pepper and 3 - 4 tablespoons of meat or vegetable broth. Better to start with a little more sparingly, because you can always add seasoning.
  4. The whole thing is then left to cook for about half an hour. Until the largest pieces, in which case it would have to be the potatoes, are well done. Now season again to taste.
