We invite you to cook Chinese cucumbers, with a special dressing and curious slicing. Such a dish is prepared very quickly and will become not only an excellent appetizer, but also worthily decorate any table.

Ingredients
Long cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 8 cloves
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Red chili pepper – 2 pcs.
Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar – 3 teaspoon
Sesame oil – 2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Directions
Place the cucumber between two Asian chopsticks and cut at right angles into thin slices of 2-3 mm. This way the knife will touch the sticks and won’t cut the cucumber completely.
Then turn the cucumber with the uncut side up and place the sticks on both sides. Cut the cucumber at an angle of about 30 degrees, also 2-3 mm, along the entire length. You should now have a cucumber spiral.
To make the Chinese style cucumber marinade, chop the garlic and one red chili. Next, combine the garlic, sugar, chili pepper, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and sesame oil. Mix everything well.
Place the sliced cucumbers on a plate and pour over the marinade.
Cut the remaining chili into rings and garnish with Chinese cucumbers on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
