  • 2 slices ginger, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • sugar
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into narrow strips, put the ginger in hot oil and add the cauliflower. Let it sauté briefly. Add soy sauce and sugar and bring to the boil again.
  2. Serve immediately.
