- 4 banana (s)
- 6 slices bread (sweet yeast bread, e.g. brioche, approx. 250 g)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 125 ml milk (banana milk)
- 500 ml milk
- 50 g hazelnuts, shaved
- 1 sachet custard powder (chocolate)

- Peel the bananas, cut obliquely into oblong slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Prepare the pudding powder with the 500 ml milk according to the instructions on the package.
- Layer the bread slices, bananas and pudding alternately in a small baking dish, drizzling the bread with banana milk. When layering, start with bread and finish with pudding.
- Roast the hazelnuts in a pan without adding any fat until golden, sprinkle with the chocolate - banana - lasagna and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until eaten.
- Tip: If no children are eating, you can season the chocolate pudding with a little orange liqueur.
