Ingredients
- 400 g chocolate, white, whole milk, dark mixed
- 300 g strawberries
- 125 g blueberries
- 200 g cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- 4 balloons are required.
- Inflate the 4 balloons, tie them together and place them in a glass with the knot facing down.
- Melt the chocolate separately according to type. Now pour the chocolate over the balloons. The different types result in a nice pattern in the end. Make sure that the shape of a bowl is poured. Let the whole thing dry.
- Now pierce the balloons with a needle at the knot and slowly let out the air. Carefully remove the balloons.
- Wash the berries. Clean and chop the strawberries. Distribute the fruits in the bowls.
- Whip the cream, pour in the vanilla sugar. Make sure that the vanilla sugar is really vanilla sugar and not vanilla sugar (vanilla = real vanilla, vanillin = aroma). Finish whipping the cream and pour it into the bowls.
