Ingredients

  • 125 g flour type 405
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 180 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 120 g mararine or butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate or 50 dark and 50 milk chocolate
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a springform pan with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Put the water, sour cream, margarine / butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and the chocolate (in pieces) in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until the margarine / butter and chocolate have melted. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl. Let cool down for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Then stir in the egg on the highest setting. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in a tablespoon at a time. Pour the mixture into the springform pan (the dough is very runny!) And bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C top / bottom heat for 40-45 minutes. Chopstick sample!
  4. Take the cake out of the oven and remove it from the tin immediately. Let cool down.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate icing.
