Chocolate Glaze “4 Spoons” (for Cakes)

An excellent recipe for a chocolate glaze that can be used to decorate cakes, eclairs, and even Easter cakes.

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder – 4 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar (or sugar) – 4 tablespoon
  • Milk – 4 tablespoon
  • Butter, softened – 50 g

Instructions

  1. Put the powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Mix well.
  2. Add soft butter. Grind everything thoroughly. Add milk. Mix.
  3. Put on low heat, heat, stirring all the time with a spoon. Bring to a boil, but do not boil, immediately remove from heat.
  4. Chocolate glaze “4 spoons”, for cakes and pastries, is ready. After a minute, you can apply the chocolate glaze to the confection. Enjoy your meal!
