Ingredients

  • 200 g butter or mararine, soft
  • 140 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 75 g chocolate sprinkles or chocolate drops

Instructions

  1. Mix the margarine with salt, vanilla sugar and sugar and mix in the egg. Mix the flour and baking powder (sieve if necessary) and stir in. Then knead in the chocolate droplets and chopped hazelnuts.
  2. Cover the dough with aluminum foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to portion approx. 25 cookies - ideally form a ball with your hand and gently squeeze it. Place the cookies on the baking sheet a little apart and bake at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
