- 300 g strawberries
- 4 chocolate kisses
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 250 g quark, lean
- 1 teaspoon honey

- Wash 300 g strawberries, pat dry and clean. Halve 4 strawberries and set aside, quarter the remaining ones.
- Remove the waffle bases from 4 chocolate kisses (28 g each). Mix the chocolate foam mass with 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 250 g of low-fat quark. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey. Fold the quartered strawberries into the cream.
- Arrange the quark cream in dessert bowls and decorate with waffle bases and strawberry halves.
