Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the eggs to a smooth mass. Stir in the flour and powdered sugar. Stir in the melted couverture.
  2. Grease the muffin pan well with butter (important!) And distribute the mixture evenly over the 12 forms. Put in the oven preheated to 250 ° C and bake for exactly 5.5 minutes (important!) And take out of the oven immediately. (You can see that the Malheurs are finished baked when they have just set at the top - so a light crust has formed).
  3. Wait a bit before taking the mishaps out of the molds.
  4. The highlight of this dessert recipe is that the malheurs inside are not yet firm and the chocolate mass flows out when they are pierced.
  5. Tastes good on its own but also with vanilla ice cream and / or cinnamon apples.
