Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 400 g suar
  • 150 ml oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vinegar
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 80 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (hot air) and grease 2 loaf tins.
  2. Mixture 1: Mix milk and vinegar.
  3. Mixture 2: Mix eggs, add oil, stir, add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Mixture 3: mix the flour, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  5. Mix all 3 mixtures together, work quickly! Then pour the dough into the molds. Place in the oven immediately. Bake for 60 minutes. When the cake is ready (stick test!) Let it cool down for 5 minutes, then remove it from the mold. Let the cake cool down even further before applying the cream!
  6. Chocolate cream: melt the chocolate. Add the cream and process into a smooth mixture. Put the mixture in a bowl in the fridge and wait until it is spreadable (be careful, that doesn`t take very long, in my experience about 10 minutes, maybe a little longer). Spread the cream on the cake and let it set.
  7. The cake tastes best after 2-3 days!
