Ingredients

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 egg yolk

For the dough:

  • 170 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • some powdered sugar
  • 1 glass Nutella or other nut cream
  • 1 jar jam, raspberry / jam or other

Instructions

  1. Make crumbles from the crumble ingredients, chill.
  2. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Do not roll out the dough too thinly, cut out 8 cm diameter circles and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the pieces of dough with 1/2 teaspoon Nutella and raspberry jam and sprinkle evenly with chocolate sprinkles.
  4. I took Florentine rings and weighed out 25g of dough for one tart in order to get even pastries.
  5. Florentine rings 8 cm in diameter, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, line with dough, cover with 1/2 teaspoon Nutella and raspberry jam and sprinkle evenly with chocolate sprinkles.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15-20 minutes, leave to cool on wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
