Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 10 cm circles with a glass. Put a teaspoon of Nutella on each circle and sprinkle with a little roasted nuts.
Fold the circles together into pockets and press down the edges that have been moistened with water. (A so-called dumpling shaper is very suitable for this.) Brush the dumplings with whisked egg and bake on the middle rack until golden brown.
This recipe arose from an emergency situation during a visit. You usually have the ingredients (at least I do) at home. I made 48 dumplings from 4 rolls of puff pastry.
