Ingredients

  • 2 beef steak (s), 00 g each
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 2 cloves garlic)

  • 6 tortilla (s)
  • 120 g cheese, e.., Emmentaler in 6 slices
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Rub the steaks (2 x 200 g) with oil, salt, pepper and chilli on both sides and fry in a pan for approx. 3 minutes on both sides. Remove from the pan and let rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the garlic and onion, wash the paprika and cut everything into small pieces. Fry the vegetables in the steak pan.
  3. Cut the steaks into bite-sized pieces, add to the vegetables and mix everything together.
  4. Place 1/6 of the vegetable-steak mixture in the middle of each tortilla, add a slice of cheese and close the tortillas into small packages.
  5. Place the six parcels on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
