Ingredients

  • 280 g flour
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spaetzle:
  2. Work the first seven ingredients into a dough until it bubbles. Pour into boiling, lightly salted water with a suitable device for making spaetzle. Swim the spaetzle on top, skim off immediately and place in a colander.
  3. Hot cherries:
  4. Collect the juice of the cherries in a saucepan, stir in the pudding powder and then bring to the boil. When the juice is thick, add the cherries.
  5. Tip:
  6. You can still roast coconut flakes in the pan without fat and pour over it.
