Chops With Mushroom Filling

A stuffed chop is no longer just a chop, but a stuffed chop. You can cook different filling: stewed vegetables, boiled eggs with green onions, liver pate, etc., but with fresh mushrooms, it is always very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin – 1 kg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Flour for breading
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mushroom caviar – 250 g
  • or any other filling
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Chop products with mushrooms.
  2. Cut the meat across the fibers into 2 cm thick pieces. Cut each piece, but not completely (like a book).
  3. Beat off the meat from both sides, but not much
  4. Season each piece with salt and pepper on both sides. “Open” and fill the middle with the filling (for the recipe for mushroom caviar for the filling, see the link in the products). Cover the filling with the second half of the meat. You don’t need to chop off the stuffed chops.
  5. Dip the chops alternately in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Fry the stuffed chops on both sides in fat. Put the chops in a fireproof dish, pour in 150 ml of water, and put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. You can serve chops with mushrooms with salad, potatoes.
