- 175 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- cinnamon
- Oil, for frying

- Mix the flour and milk. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in eggs and salt. Mix the cinnamon into the batter to taste (we use about 1 tablespoon).
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes.
- PS: We like the pancakes so much that we don`t need a spread!
