  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 apples
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Use a whisk to make a smooth dough from flour, sugar, salt, milk and eggs. Let it soak for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 80 ° C. Wash, quarter and core the apples, cut into thin slices.
  2. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in the pan, put in a quarter of the apple slices and pour over a quarter of the pancake batter. Fry the pancakes until golden on one side, turn and finish frying. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven.
  3. Do the same with the rest of the batter and apples and bake three more pancakes. Mix the cinnamon with the powdered sugar. Serve the cinnamon sugar with the pancakes.
