Ingredients
- 300 g flour your choice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 85 g suar, if you like it sweeter, more like 100 - 120
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 2 large apples
- Cinnamon sugar for rolling

- First stir the quark with sugar and oil until smooth. Then mix the spices with the flour and baking powder and mix in briefly with the hand mixer. Then peel and dice the apples and knead into the dough with your hands.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball, which is then rolled on all sides in cinnamon sugar. Bake the balls in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for 20-25 minutes. If you are forming smaller balls, the baking time will be reduced accordingly.
