Cocktail “Georgia and Ginger”

Peach cocktail got its name after the American state of Georgia, which is famous for its peaches. The drink is prepared with the addition of aromatic spices – cinnamon and ginger.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Canned peaches (in syrup) – 450-500 g
- Strong coffee – 750 ml
- Whipping cream – 120 ml
- Brown sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
- Ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon
- Ground ginger – 1 pinch
Directions
- Remove the peaches from the syrup. Combine peaches and half coffee in a blender (1 minute).
- Whisk in the cream.
- Combine 250 ml cold water, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and peach syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer over low heat for 1 minute.
- Add peach puree and leftover coffee. Mix well.
- Serve the shake with whipped cream. Can be garnished with orange peel.
