Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cup / s sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 4 cup flour
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1 packet baking powder
For covering:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cup desiccated coconut (hazelnuts are good too)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 150 g butter

- Mix the ingredients for the dough together and place on the baking tray (lined with baking paper). Mix coconut, sugar and van sugar and spread on the dough. Bake at 210 ° C top / bottom heat on a low rack for 15 - 20 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
