Ingredients

  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pinch (s) coriander powder
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • possibly ginger root, fresh
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour coconut milk, yoghurt, ginger (peeled, press through the garlic press), coriander and maple syrup into the blender. Add the ice cubes and mix everything for 1-2 minutes until the lassi is nice and frothy. Fill into tall glasses and serve with thick straws.
