Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage
- 2 tablespoon salt, for draining
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Finely slice the white cabbage, mix with two tablespoons of salt and knead well. Let rest for about 1/2 hour.
- Puree the onion with the magic wand. Prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients. It should taste a little sweet. Fold in the onion.
- Now squeeze off the water from the sliced white cabbage and add to the marinade. Mix well. Pour over the cabbage again and let it steep.
