Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into cubes and quarter the mushrooms. Then put everything in a pan with hot olive oil and steam until the liquid has evaporated. Finally, press in the clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper.

  3. To serve, place everything in a large bowl and mix with the crème fraîche.
