- 500 g Farfalle
- 400 g broccoli
- 600 g sausaes (Viennese)
- 300 g tomato (s)
- 300 g cheese (Maasdammer)
- 6 egg (s)
- 250 ml milk
- 30 g butter
- salt
- pepper

- Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and drain. Clean and wash broccoli, cut into very small florets, dice peeled stems very finely and blanch everything together in salted water for about 2 minutes.
- Cut the sausages and washed tomatoes into slices. Then mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper vigorously. Brush a baking dish with some of the butter.
- Alternately pour pasta, broccoli, sausages and tomatoes in small portions and top with a layer of pasta. Then pour the egg milk over the casserole. Cover with cheese and flakes of butter and bake for about 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
